Allow me to introduce myself:

My name is Susan S. Chase and I have been working with parents, children and adults for over 25 years.

I am a Certified Life Coach, CLC, Certified Parent Coach, CPC, and a Professional Counselor, M.Ed.

I not only help with parenting issues, but also work with both youth and adults to navigate any other life issues that contribute to unhealthy anxiety and stress. I promise to gently help you address and explore any obstacles that come your way.

I often say that “Parenting can be your highest high and your lowest low.” What an incredible journey we go through as parents!
In addition, we and/or our children often experience troubling anxiety.
As a mother of 2 children myself, I have experienced the frustration, pain, and insecurity of parenting. We all experience challenges, but managing those challenges is essential to quality of life. I hope to establish what is specifically necessary to bring about those positive changes. I am here to help with parenting obstacles while you learn to manage your children and ultimately bring peace to your home.

Whether it be anxiety, parenting, and/or other personal issues, I am here for you. Let’s commit to spending some time together to make you and your family’s life the best it can be…You deserve it!
